Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Language Access, the Coordinator, Cultural and Language Access Services will assist the Office of Language Access in creating interpretation and translation standards for state agencies, developing quality control mechanisms to monitor the provision of language access services, and overall providing their expertise in implementing best practices.
