SUNY/CUNY Southeast Asia Consortium annually awards a small number of fieldwork grants for faculty, and pre-dissertation/dissertation research grants (which may include language training) for graduate students, and separately approximately five grants to support faculty publishing related to Southeast Asia and Southeast Asians, including in the diaspora.
