HCPAP is looking for art submissions from high school students for its citywide art contest where all submissions will be displayed at the Hate Crimes Prevention Art Exhibit, which will be held in Chinatown-Manhatttan (127 Walker Street) for public viewing. As Slow As Possible Residency
