The Town Hall is the Alliance’s regular monthly gathering of artists and arts workers. Taking place the first Tuesday of every month, the Town Hall is a lively forum for people to announce news, learn about opportunities, and meet each other. Participants are invited to bring flyers and postcards, and to contribute food to the pot-luck buffet.

This forum includes a presentation by David Yap of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Policy Center, co-author of a recent study on the impact of dynastic politics in the Philippines.
