Asian American Arts Alliance Town Hall – November 2012

The Town Hall is the Alliance’s regular monthly gathering of artists and arts workers. Taking place the first Tuesday of every month, from 10am to 12pm, the Town Hall is a lively forum for people to announce news, learn about opportunities, and meet each other. Participants are invited to bring flyers and postcards, and to contribute food to the pot-luck buffet.

Rice Amidst the Cloud

Artist Chee Wang Ng discusses his photos and installations being exhibited at the Art and Food Symposium hosted by the Dunedin School of Art and the programme in the Culinary Arts at the Otago Polytechnic and the Centre for Sustainability and Food Science, University of Otago. The symposium examines the relationship between food (including wine and other beverages) and the visual arts.
