Asian Americans favored Harris, but shifted right by 5 points

Fifty-four percent of Asian American voters chose Harris, while 38% voted for Trump, NBC News exit polls showed. Experts point to the economy as a main factor.
The poll also showed that while Harris’ race has factored heavily in discussions this election cycle, Asian American voters said her identity as a woman is more important.
