Development Director – The Development Director will be primarily responsible for connecting Kundiman to our individual and corporate supporters. This role will require leading Kundiman individual and corporate giving strategy, managing Kundiman’s various grant applications, and conceptualizing & executing fundraising campaigns. This position will be conducted remotely, with a preference for NYC–based candidates.
Requirements: At least three years of experience in nonprofit fundraising; exceptional writing ability, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects; and more.

Salary Range: $60,000–$65,000
$850 monthly healthcare stipend

Finance & Operations Director – The Finance & Operations Director will be primarily responsible for . The role will require overseeing Kundiman’s taxes filings, disbursing payroll and contractor payments, and producing financial reports, budgets, and projections. This position will be conducted remotely, with a preference for NYC–based candidates.
Requirements: At least three years of experience with nonprofit administrative and financial operations; strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills; and more.
