The final plan follows a 30-day public comment period after the preliminary plan was released in April. During that period, the Mayor’s Office of Equity and Racial Justice (MOERJ) gathered feedback from New Yorkers across the five boroughs and worked with 45 City agencies to strengthen the plan’s goals, strategies and indicators.
