We are seeking a curriculum developer and professional development trainer/facilitator who are passionate about developing curriculum and/or providing professional development on APIDA histories and narratives to educators. (Remote positions in New York City area)
We welcome scholarship, cultural work, as well as political activist submissions for the 2027 AAAS conference. Proposals for mentorship or professionalization roundtables, panels, or workshops are also welcome. All submissions and proposals are due [Monday, October 19, 2026]. Please note: Participants may only appear in the program twice and only in different roles.
The findings show AANHPI women holding up a significant amount of care for their families while worrying about whether they have the economic security, health care access, and broader support to keep doing it.
This contest is about work and workers. Written entries need to include a link to an illustration (there are many choices). Keep in mind that paid work and labor unions are only part of the story—entries about unpaid work, immigration, family, and community are also encouraged.
