CUNY SPH CIMH researchers present at the 2026 Global Mental Health Advocacy Forum
CIMH Director Victoria Ngo, PhD, and Program Manager Francesca McLaren, MPH, led an interactive workshop titled “From Lived Experience to Leadership: How Advocates Can Advance Mental Health Task-Sharing.” The session explored the role of advocates and people with lived experience in strengthening community-based mental health systems, while emphasizing the importance of appropriate supports and protections.
AAPI coalition demands over $50 million in state funds to support underserved Asian American communities
