The Assistant Professor in Southeast Asian, Transnational, and Southeast Asian American Literatures, Medias, and Cultures will be an active researcher as well as provide service and teach undergraduate and graduate courses for the Department of English and the Center for Southeast Asian Studies.
This University-wide initiative assists full-time untenured CUNY faculty (assistant professors) in the design and execution of writing projects essential to progress toward tenure.

SU-CASA is a community arts engagement program that places artists and organizations for collaborative residencies at senior centers across the five boroughs of New York City. The program provides selected artists with a stipend in exchange for the creation and delivery of arts programming for older adults.
