WISLI welcomes students from varied backgrounds to apply nationwide and around the globe. Applicants do not need to currently be in an academic course of study to be eligible for the program. Our signature program will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota from June 20-26, 2026, coinciding with AAJA’s national convention. JCamp gives students the opportunity to strengthen their reporting skills, connect with newsroom leaders, and join a community of future journalists.
