The Development Manager will focus on engaging and growing Apex’s annual and pipeline level donors, including both individual contributors and corporate partners. This role will be responsible for 20–40 qualification, cultivation, or solicitation meetings per month and 50–100 annual asks, including event sponsorship solicitations.
The Deputy Director of Development plays a key leadership role in driving Apex for Youth’s fundraising strategy and execution. This position oversees corporate and foundation relations, leads the cultivation and solicitation of individual major donors (donating $25,000–$249,000 annually), and manages a team of fundraising professionals.
