Civil Rights Commission finds services for crime victims lacking

Victims of violent crimes, including those from the Asian American and Pacific Islander community, are not getting the services they need, a new report from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights confirmed.

Anna Sawai becomes first Asian person to win Lead Actress in a Drama series at Emmys

Anna Sawai shattered a glass ceiling at the Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night by winning an Emmy for Lead Actress in a Drama Series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, she is the first person of Asian descent to win the category.
