Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second-leading cause of cancer death in Asian Americans. Asian Americans are a diverse, heterogenous population composed of groups with differing cancer risk factors. Few prior studies have analyzed CRC mortality by disaggregated Asian racial subgroup.

U.S.-born Counterparts, New York City Health Department Study Finds

The report shows that 81 percent of New York City immigrants have been in the U.S. for more than 10 years, 13 percent have been in the U.S. between 6 to 10 years, and 6 percent have been in the U.S. less than 5 years.
