Zen and Dharma Workshop: An Analytical Study of Our Mind Process

Through the study of Yogacara theories, we will have an insight of our mind process and able to see through the motives of our actions and intentions. We can gradually turn our consciousness, which is the distinction making activity of the mind, into wisdom, a state of total awareness and understanding of the true nature of all things.
