This year’s program will be held at the Language Training Center (LTC), Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia.

The Summer Abroad Program: Khmer Language and Culture, is an intensive eight-week training in Khmer language-culture held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Southeast Asian Studies Summer Institute (SEASSI) is an eight-week intensive language training program for undergraduates, graduate students, professionals, and non-traditional students. Students learn speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills through classroom instruction and a full range of co-curricular activities.

The SEAREG Pre-Dissertation Fellowship assists social science PhD students engaged in exploratory research who must travel to Southeast Asia in order to obtain the advanced contextual knowledge needed for a high-quality dissertation proposal and a competitive application for external funding.
