The Coalition for Asian Pacific Americans (CAPA), in partnership with the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY), and the Asian American Law Fund of New York (AALFNY), invites you to a screening of the short documentary “Voices Against Anti-Asian Hate,” hosted by Philippine Consulate General. Produced by AABANY and AALFNY, the film features a series of interviews with survivors and other individuals impacted by anti-Asian violence. A post-screening panel will address key issues surrounding hate crimes and anti-Asian bias, followed by a reception.

Beyond documenting these stories, the film highlights the vital work of the Hate Eradication Active Response Team (HEART) and advoates who fight for justice and provide legal assistance to survivors. It is designed as an educational tool for community groups and DEI programs to foster discussion and confront systemic prejudice.
