When John Jay College of Criminal Justice graduating senior and salutatorian Mia Anderton ’21 found out that she wouldn’t be able to study abroad due to the pandemic, she buckled down and set the ultimate challenge for herself: graduate a year early, earn a perfect 4.0, and double major in Forensic Psychology and Criminology.
These are not “random attacks on strangers,” they are attacks specifically aimed at Asian-Americans.
The House and Senate overwhelmingly supported the measure, which will speed the review of the crimes and aid in their reporting.
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that the application for the Excelsior Scholarship for new applicants for the 2021-22 academic school year is now open here. The Excelsior Scholarship, in combination with other aid programs, allows eligible full-time students to attend a SUNY or CUNY two-year or four-year college tuition-free.
