Mike Millegan is president – Verizon Global Wholesale, responsible for domestic and international wholesale strategy, P&L, marketing, sales and wholesale business operations.
Prior to his current assignment, Millegan was President of Verizon Partner Solutions in Verizon Services Operations, responsible for U.S. wholesale marketing, sales, ordering, provisioning and maintenance of domestic, global and LD customers as well as circuit provisioning for special services.
Millegan joined the former GTE in 1980 and has held various positions in Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service and Operations. Mike was senior vice president/general manager for Verizon’s Midwest Region, responsible for installation, repair, outside plant, customer satisfaction, sales and local marketing for approximately four million customers in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin. Additionally, he led the introduction of the innovative FIOS product. He served as vice president – Enterprise/ Wholesale Field Operations serving Fortune 500 Enterprise customers, carriers and CLECs, responsible for provisioning and maintenance for special services and customer premises equipment. He also served as senior vice president – supply chain, responsible for multi-billion dollar end-to-end logistics services including procurement, inventory management,  distribution, warehousing, and fleet management services. As area president – Northwest for GTE Wireless, Millegan had responsibility for P&L, sales, distribution, customer service, marketing and engineering efforts in the Pacific Northwest, where he introduced 1.9 PCS data services.

An active community leader, Millegan is a member of the World Trade Center in Seattle and the Springs Foundation. He is an Executive-in-Residence at the University of North Texas and serves on the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business and Professional Studies at Angelo State University (ASU), San Angelo, Texas. ASU named Millegan a Wells Fargo Distinguished Lecturer in 2003 and the Distinguished Alumni of the year in 2005. Additionally, he is a member of Global 50 and the Executive Leadership Council.
Millegan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Angelo State University.
