Alex Ho has a multidisciplinary background in film studies, youth and community media programs, museum arts education, China studies, and Asian American history. He teaches at BMCC's Department of Ethnic and Race Studies and strives to bring his varied background to an interdisciplinary field that covers sociology, theories of migration, racial formation theory, media literacy concepts, and histories of social movements.
