Join us as we kick off this year’s People’s Money Vote phase — and celebrate the power of New Yorkers deciding how public dollars are spent!

We’re launching the vote with an outdoor event full of energy, community, and treats. Stop by to hear brief remarks from city officials, connect with our incredible community-based partners, and see our larger-than-life Sunny puppets in action.

And yes — there will be ice cream.

We’re teaming up with Sugar Hill Creamery to serve up a special limited edition People’s Money flavor: matcha mango mochi, alongside other favorites.

Most importantly, you’ll be able to vote in person and help decide which resident-proposed community projects get funded this year.

The People’s Money is all about putting decision-making directly in the hands of New Yorkers. The Vote phase is your chance to support the ideas that reflect the needs, creativity, and priorities of communities across the five boroughs.
