SwAA Workplace Discrimination Panel

A recent report by the Pew Research Center on workplace discrimination shows that about 9 in 10 Asian Americans have personally experienced discrimination of some form. However, according to a survey SwAA conducted in collaboration with Blind, so few resources exist to assist Asian professionals in fighting back (about 23% of those surveyed reported having the appropriate resources to address discrimination).
