Sound for the Emerging Filmmaker

What are the questions you have about sound recording for film/digital? What are the basic things one should know, and basic gear one should get? What are other people using?
Hear from sound recordists and see their gear!
Admission: Free and open to the public! Limited seating, RSVP on Eventbrite.
When: October 9th at 6 PM. We start with light refreshments followed by the seminar.
Where: Shepard Hall at City College, 259 Convent Avenue at 140th Street, Room 391.
Travel: The accessible route is the #6 train to 125th Street and then take the M101 bus to 140th Street. Other routes are the #1 train to 137th, and ABCD trains to 145th Street. There is street parking at 6 PM.
Accessibility: Shepard Hall is mobility device accessible and there are wheelchair-accessible restrooms on the 3rd floor. If you need other services, please get in touch with workshop@twn.org.
