Mandala Lab Workshop for Educators

Spend your November professional development day with the Rubin Museum of Himalayan Art and fellow educators at a hands-on workshop on Tuesday, November 3, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM at 140 West 17th Street in Chelsea.

Learn how to incorporate the Rubin’s Mandala Lab Resources for Educators into your curriculum, reflect on ways to create a compassion-centered school environment, and discover how to interweave mindfulness practices into your classroom. A free professional workshop reservation includes a presentation on Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning®, as well as a range of experiences such as a mindful movement workshop, a tour of the Rubin’s participatory Mandala Lab installation, an art-making workshop, and a meditation session.
