Opening Reception: Voyage 2024 – Floating Scars

Join the Queens College School of Art for Voyage 2024 – Floating Scars, a solo exhibition by Professor Chang Ho Hong. The exhibition will be on view at the Klapper Hall Gallery (fourth floor) from July 25 through August 2. Gallery hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm. Professor Hong, a renowned contemporary Korean artist and scholar, presents approximately 20 paintings and installations inspired by his 162-day stay in New York as a visiting scholar. His work uniquely captures the essence of travel experiences and street observations, revealing the beauty in everyday objects and scenes.

The exhibition opening is on Thursday, July 25, from 4 to 7 pm. Refreshments will be provided.

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore Professor Hong’s fascinating emotional world and international sensibility through his art.
