The Media Resilience Network (MDRnet) is an initiative led by Vita Activa, created to meet an urgent need: support the emotional, mental, and organizational health of journalists and media leaders navigating burnout, precarity, and systemic exclusion in a rapidly changing world.

This 90-minute webinar will focus on a better understanding of stress and burnout indicators in newsrooms and how to address them with care. This is a participatory modality with practical exercises and scenarios adapted to the journalistic context.
