Join us for a special Tết celebration with Katherine Thuy Tien Hung as we explore the rich traditions, stories, and vibrant culture of Vietnam’s most important holiday. Experience a live-streamed cooking demonstration where you’ll learn to make crispy Vietnamese spring rolls (chả giò) and candied ginger, a traditional New Year sweet. The program has two sessions: Wednesday, January 15 and 22, 4pm EST
