The NYCenter for Advancing Translational Research and Health, in partnership with Choose Healthy Life, Abyssinian Church, and Quest Diagnostics, invites you to Blueprint for Wellness—a free health screening event at The CUNY School of Medicine.
What to Expect:
- Free Full Blood Screening: Get a comprehensive blood test by Quest Diagnostics (no insurance needed!).
- Personalized Results: Receive your Blueprint for Wellness report outlining your test results and a roadmap for better health.
- Boxed Lunch: Enjoy a delicious boxed lunch after your screening.
Important Details:
- Registration Required/Drop-ins Welcome: While registration is encouraged, drop-ins are also welcome.
