Celebrating its 15th anniversary, Asian Foodways Workshop returns for a sizzling summer celebration: BBQ Around Asia! Our annual summer tradition invites you to explore the rich culinary traditions of Asia through live demonstrations, cultural context, and hands-on tasting.

Dr. Hsing-Lih Chou and Dr. Yi-Nian Lee, joined by students from Overseas Chinese University of Taiwan, take you on a mouthwatering journey across the continent:

• Taiwan/China: Grilled Taiwanese Sausage and King Oyster Mushrooms
• Korea: Bulgogi (Korean Marinated Beef BBQ)
• Malaysia: Chicken Satay with Traditional Flavor

Watch live cooking demos, learn the cultural stories behind each dish, and taste every recipe yourself. All supplies included! Check-in starts at 12:30 pm, and the workshop starts at 1:30 pm.
