Aangan’s Mini Lit Fest is back by popular demand! This year’s event is focused on the theme of liberation. Writers, poets, playwrights, and keepers of culture gather to discuss liberation of the self, of land, and of our stories as South Asian diasporic people. Come join us for what is sure to be an unforgettable day of conversations, workshops, and poetry!

  • 11am: Liberation Through Storytelling with Kiran Bath, Upasana Kakroo, Sonya Soni, and Priti Tanna
  • 12:30pm: Writing to Humanize Policy Workshop with Sonya Soni
  • 1:30pm: The Courage to Be with Asim Ali Naqvi and Kamali Aijazudden
  • 3:30pm: Mobilizing Your Words for Liberation Workshop with Karon Rathod
  • 7pm: Poetry Jam and Open Mic
