Professor Linda T. Chin will present an overview of the present U.S. immigration laws. Professor Chin will specifically discuss the laws governing immigration for immediate family members, relatives, and for immigrant employees. In addition, topics such as student and visitors visas will also be discussed. Online Notes
How will new legislations such as the Family Health Care Decisions Act and the proposed amendments to the New York State Power of Attorney affect older Americans?
