15th Anniversary Commemoration of Pvt. Danny Chen’s Death

Join the community to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Private Danny Chen’s death. On October 3, 2011, Pvt. Danny Chen was found dead in Afghanistan after weeks of hazing and racial harassment by his superiors. When he enlisted, Danny did not know about the racism and culture of hazing in the military. Fifteen years later, we remember his life, honor his memory, and continue to tell his story.
