The Korean Tea Table: Discover the Art of Korean Tea and Traditional Tea Snacks with Korea’s Tea Ambassador, Tea Master Yoon Hee Kim

The Korean Cultural Center New York (KCCNY) is pleased to present The Korean Tea Table: Discover the Art of Korean Tea and Traditional Tea Snacks with Tea Master Yoon Hee Kim, a special cultural workshop presented as part of the Global K-Zone Project, an initiative designed to introduce the richness of Korean culture and lifestyle to audiences around the world.

This immersive workshop invites participants to experience the beauty of Korean tea culture through an introduction to Darye (Korean tea ceremony), a guided tasting of traditional Korean teas, and a hands-on workshop creating traditional Korean snacks. Participants will explore the stories behind Korea’s tea traditions, discover the characteristics of a variety of traditional teas, and learn how tea and traditional confections are thoughtfully paired to create harmony in flavor, texture, and presentation.
