ALC Habeas Training & Toolkit

Join the Asian Law Caucus (ALC) for a training on habeas petitions seeking freedom for immigrants with unexecuted final orders of removal who have been recently re-detained after living in the community for many years. The training, along with an accompanying ALC toolkit, is focused on Ninth Circuit caselaw, but many of the arguments covered can be made in other circuits.
