“Know Your Rights” Workshop Series Session 2: Removal Proceedings Overview

Session 2 of CACF x FALDEF “Know Your Rights” Workshop Series will be an overview of Removal Proceedings. Participants will be provided information about the rights individuals have during these proceedings and details about the process. We encourage people to bring their questions! This session will be facilitated by Pamela Carranza, a New York-based immigration attorney who represents a wide range of individuals in immigration cases, from those in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention to those seeking relief from deportation in the U.S. immigration court system.
