Webinar: Navigating Changing Laws on Voter Registration Drives

With almost 250 local elections this year and nearly 100 on Tuesday, November 4, voter registration efforts in 2025 will definitely not take an “off year”. Nonprofit VOTE and National Voter Registration Day have partnered with our friends at the Fair Elections Center to give you the information you need on 2025 updates to voter registration drive laws – with an emphasis on state laws that have changed in the past year. As you may know, we publish a set of 50 state guides for voter registration drives and we’ve made quite a few updates to them this year based on changes to laws at the state level.

We’ll hear from election law expert and attorney Michelle Canter Cohen from Fair Elections Center and NVRD Campaign director, Chyann Sapp who will share specific examples of changes and how to adapt for the 2025 election.
