Author Bio

Fern Chan is a bestselling author, educator, and speaker with over 15 years of experience in higher education and professional development. As former Director of Continuing and Professional Studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice/CUNY, she helped professionals across industries enhance their communication skills. Fern is the author of How to NOT Suck at Presentations and is known for her dynamic, engaging approach to public speaking. She is also a strong advocate for mental health awareness and has been recognized for her contributions to education and lifelong learning.
