2024 CUNY Professional Development Conference

The CUNY University Human Resources (UHR) Professional Development & Learning Office is excited to announce that registration is now open for the annual Professional Development Conference, taking place November 6th and 7th! This year’s theme is “The Change Ahead: Dare to Imagine and Innovate.”
The conference will feature a variety of engaging sessions, all aligned to the following core tracks:
- Track 1: Transformational Management: Driving Institutional Change
- Track 2: Leadership Development: Preparing the Next Generation
- Track 3: Creating Inclusive Campus Communities: Strategies & Best Practices
- Track 4: Mindfulness Matters – The Healthy Employee
- Track 5: Automation and Employment: Redefining Roles in Higher Education
This virtual conference is open to all CUNY employees. Interested employees should register as soon as possible to secure a spot as space may be limited. Additional details about specific sessions will be shared with registered participants in the coming weeks.
