Japanese American Incarceration During World War II

After President Roosevelt issued Executive Order 9066, over 100,000 Japanese Americans and residents of Japanese descent were detained in incarceration camps during World War II. Discover the stories and perspectives of those who were incarcerated and how their experiences in the camps impacted their lives afterward.
