Apr 9 at 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Starting in 1910, Angel Island was utilized as the western point for immigration. Largely designed to control the flow of Chinese migrants after the passage of the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882, Angel Island is host to many stories of exclusion and restriction. Join us to learn more about the immigration process through the lens of an immigrant being processed through Angel Island in the early 1900s and the policies that surrounded these experiences.
