Are Asian Americans Paid Less in Business?

The webinar will feature findings from a recent study conducted by Professor Jackson Lu of the Sloan School at MIT as well as a discussion with Professor Lu; Kweilin Ellingrud, McKinsey Global Institute Director and Senior Partner in the Minneapolis office; and Jackie Wong, Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Philadelphia office. Kweilin and Jackie were two of the co-authors of a McKinsey report titled, “Asian American Workers: Diverse Outcomes and Hidden Challenges.” Peter Young, Chair of the Initiative and a Committee of 100 Member, will be the moderator.
