This presentation explores how Korean Americans access health, legal, and community resource information in the post-COVID-19 era and how Korean-serving community-based organizations (CBOs) have adapted their outreach strategies. Using survey data from 209 Korean Americans and interviews with 15 CBO staff members in the New York metropolitan area, the study highlights the growing role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) platforms such as YouTube, social media, and KakaoTalk, while underscoring the continued importance of trusted interpersonal networks and culturally responsive communication. Findings offer practical recommendations for strengthening ICT-based outreach and improving equitable access to information and services within Korean American communities.
