The Importance of Life Planning Documents

As the population in the United Stated ages, having life planning documents is a must for individuals who want their wishes to be carried out in the event they become mentally or physically incapacitated.  The following life planning documents will be discussed:

  • Health Care Proxies
  • Living Wills
  • Durable Powers of Attorneys
  • Springing Powers of Attorneys
  • General Powers of Attorneys
  • Last Will and Testaments

The presentation will also cover the Guardianship proceedings.
